[Johto, have a perky blonde woman leaning way too close to the Pokegear camera.]

This place is lotsa fun so far! I dunno who got the music goin', but he must be some kinda genius cause I ain't seen a speaker ANYWHERE.

[Harley settles back, revealing a red and black spandex outfit. She's taken off her mask and headpiece for the purposes of talking over the gear, but she's much more comfortable in her costume than the Rocket uniform she was given.]

Oh! And I gotta new PUPPY! C'mere baby!

[Harley leans off-camera for a moment; there's a sound of yipping and a brief struggle. She pops back up, holding the world's surliest Poochyena up to the camera.]

Ain't he just adorable? Just like a mini-version of the babies back home. SAY HELLO, STAN!

[The Poochyena looks like it would rather be anywhere else in the world, and squirms in Harley's grip. She just pulls it back from the camera, hugging it and resting her chin on top of its head. Stan makes a noble effort to bite her, but she remains oblivious.]

Oh! Anyone know if Mistah J's shown up yet? You can't miss him, he's tall and dreamy and always laughin'. I dunno how long I been gone from Gotham, but he's probably worried so I'm sure he'll show up sooner or later.

[And now she's just sort of confused. 'Super powers' she's familiar with, but 'abilities' is sort of nebulous.]

No, more like my speed and strength aren't what they have use to be. Plus I can't even do my minor body modifications.

[That probably means he didn't have delusions of heroism or anything. It doesn't really COUNT without the tights, obviously.]

So how come ya don't got any powers anymore?

For the same reason no one has any weapons. This place took them away.

[That sounds a lot like something she'd hear back home. She likes Killua already. ...Well, for more of a reason than she has for liking EVERYONE, anyway.]

Nope, no magic used, just the weird technology they have around here.

Oh, I guess that makes sense too. Star Labs did some pretty wild stuff back home.

Star labs, never heard of it. Is it some sort of tech lab or something.

Though some of the technology here is really advanced they don't have a steady transportation. So you have to walk everywhere.

[Which for him wasn't really that bad but having the option would be nice.]

...So do all the animals here come in little balls?

I haven't seen any around cars only a bus that was during an event around here. There is a train but that just goes to another country and back to Johto.

No, most of them either come from the wild or eggs. A pokéball, the ball's name, are like little carrying cases for them.

So you tame 'em and then they go in the balls? Wow.

Yeah it's sounds easy but your pokémon is the one that has to weaken the wild ones before so you can catch them.
