1st Joke - Video/Action for the Rocket Base

Hiya everybody!

[Johto, have a perky blonde woman leaning way too close to the Pokegear camera.]

This place is lotsa fun so far! I dunno who got the music goin', but he must be some kinda genius cause I ain't seen a speaker ANYWHERE.

[Harley settles back, revealing a red and black spandex outfit. She's taken off her mask and headpiece for the purposes of talking over the gear, but she's much more comfortable in her costume than the Rocket uniform she was given.]

Oh! And I gotta new PUPPY! C'mere baby!

[Harley leans off-camera for a moment; there's a sound of yipping and a brief struggle. She pops back up, holding the world's surliest Poochyena up to the camera.]

Ain't he just adorable? Just like a mini-version of the babies back home. SAY HELLO, STAN!

[The Poochyena looks like it would rather be anywhere else in the world, and squirms in Harley's grip. She just pulls it back from the camera, hugging it and resting her chin on top of its head. Stan makes a noble effort to bite her, but she remains oblivious.]

Oh! Anyone know if Mistah J's shown up yet? You can't miss him, he's tall and dreamy and always laughin'. I dunno how long I been gone from Gotham, but he's probably worried so I'm sure he'll show up sooner or later.

[Harley bounces upright with a huge grin, releasing the struggling Poochyena. Stan bounds away to a corner of the room with a sharp woof that probably translates as: "FREEDOM."]

I just woke up here, if that's what ya mean. This place is really neat, with the music and all!

[Watching the little dog flee to the corner makes her laugh.]

Yeah, it's not so bad. I like the music. I'm thinking of writing songs to eventually.

[There's a short moment in which her enthusiasm transitions to mild confusion for the first time since waking.]

...Where are we, anyway?

Oh, you didn't get the rocket guys telling you all about it as soon as you woke up?

[She shrugs] I guess we've been transported from our world, to this world, called Johto. The little creature things are Pokémon, and they're kinda a big deal here. People train them and battle them and stuff.

Team Rocket steals them.

I found a handbook thingy, but it was all kind 'blar blar blah'.

[And then she found the Pokeball, and that took precedence.]

So we're in a whole other world like Wizard of Oz or something? Wow.

Yeah, they recommend you read that handbook, but I just kinda skimmed it. Can't say I know what the Wizard of Oz is though.

[It seemed like a lot of standard corporate-type propaganda about this Team Rocket thing to Harley. She might try taking a closer look later if it's important, though. Maybe.]

[Thinking over all the classics she's known in her time when a realization dawns.]

Oh hey. It's possible it doesn't exist in my world. This place is sort of like a jam jar of different worlds thrown together I guess.

Whoa, so there's a bunch of aliens an' stuff here?

[She takes a moment to process that. It's not totally out of the realm of possibilities by Gotham's standards, but aliens are the kind of thing that happens in, like, Metropolis.]

That explains a lot, actually.
